Samantha's 1st birthday!

Samantha is having a Winter One-derland party and her mom asked me to make a name/age banner and a high chair banner to go along with the theme. The printed paper has red, green and white circles and the backing is a glittery white cardstock. The snowgirls and snowflakes are also cut from the glittery paper.
