One of Rhett's friends recently turned 4 and his mom asked me to make a banner and cupcake toppers for his party. The color scheme for the party is blue and red. They don't have a theme so I used the cupcakes since they are perfect for any birthday! I hope y'all love your banner and toppers. We are looking forward to Colton's birthday party!
